Discovery Title: Expert of Cambodian Art
This is my specific art and it’s about our traditional art that show on the temple’s walls, such as Angkor wat, Bayon.ect. Why I chose this project because I want Cambodian kids to turn their feeling to appreciate our art that our ancestors are keeping for us. Also I want to make a small hands about our works and designs in the small hand book too.
My goal is to create a new style of the traditional art because I like and enjoy it. Also it can help me to improve my brain to think quicker because when we in the process to design the new style. One more of my goal is I would like to teach the students about what I have done. Example: When I design a new traditional style, I can teach them how to get an idea of a new style of art.
This what I drew for the first week. This drawing is all about the small designs in each part. I found this image from Google Images. When I saw my feeling was falling with it. I start to draw it for my practice .
First I drew the grid on the picture I had printed. Then I use another clean paper have a grid on it. Next I drew each design in each block.
